Perfumer's Comments:I'm fussy about Egyptian Musks. I like them to be light but still noticeable and lasting, a little clean but not at all soapy, a little sexy but not especially animalic, a little woodsy but not heavy on patchouli, and a little creamy but not sweet. I like the tiniest hints of florals and woods with a blend of musks. That's what I was looking for in this scent. It's always best to sample musk scents before buying a bottle because people can be anosmic to some of them. Try the oil if you want maximum strength (higher concentration), but get the edp if you want it to dry faster on your skin. By the way, Egyptian Musk is not from Egypt but is the traditional name given to musks that have this type of smell to them; once you try a few you'll start to recognize them. This Egyptian Musk is less sweet than Opal because Opal has some vanilla in it.
