Cocoa AbsoluteChocolate

Chocolate notes in perfume can be created with natural cocoa absolute or with synthetic chocolate accords made from multiple aroma chemicals. Cocoa absolute looks and smells a bit like a molten chocolate bar; it is a decadent, dark, thick liquid with a strong chocolate aroma. Subtle chocolate notes can be added to vanilla accords to make them richer, or larger amounts of chocolate can be used as a note of its own in perfume. Other notes commonly paired with chocolate include patchouli, coffee, caramel, and coconut.
